How did you break in to modelling?
I was asked to do a shoot a long time ago in London by a photographer who spotted me on twitter and did a couple of shoots with him. Nothing really came of it, didn’t really follow it up. Then I went to Nottingham where a friend put me in touch with Blake Models. They asked me to do a test shoot and that was it really.

I usually train 6 days a week, 1 rest day but I usually do a little bit of cardio on that day. I like to do fasted cardio in the morning which usually consists of a 20 minute jog. I’m quite in to my weights at the minute. Been doing a lot of weight sessions and a lot of (HIT) as well which is High Intensity Training to burn fat. I’ve been really focussing on my diet recently eating a lot better nutrition so I’ve completely cut out processed food from my diet, eating only one meal of carbs a day and the rest is just protein and vegetables plus lots of nutritional supplements which I’ve bought online, powders, tablets and protein shakes. It’s changed my outlook on life a lot to be fair. I’m feeling much better.
